Policies

1. Please contact me at 515-724-3797 or open4healing@gmail.com to schedule your online appointment.

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 24 hours notice so that I can fill your appointment time with another client. If you are unable to notify me within 24 hours, or if you do not show up for your appointment as scheduled, you will be responsible for 50% of the session price.

3. There are no returns or refunds on services once they are rendered.  If you purchase one type of session but decide ahead of time to instead receive a different type of modality, you can exchange your credit towards the service you would like to receive.  If you change your mind and wish to not proceed with a session and it is at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, your money can be refunded minus the fees charged to do so.
